Creative Therapy Circle – Term 3 (Aug – Sept 2025)
from $85.00

What You’ll Experience

  • Multi-sensory art therapy: each week you’ll dive into neurographic drawing, collage, clay modelling and intuitive painting that let emotions flow without words.

  • Mindfulness & breathwork: short, guided practices centre your mind and body so you leave every session calmer and clearer.

  • Somatic movement release: gentle, trauma-informed exercises help you tune into your body, soften tension and build resilience from the inside out.

  • Sacred-geometry & soul activation: we align sessions with potent cosmic and astrological portals, using pattern and symmetry to crystallise your intentions and spark deep creative flow.

  • Take-home integration tools: the Strength Activation Card Deck—paired with metaphor cards, oracle spreads and personalised prompts—turns workshop breakthroughs into a sustaining daily practice.

  • Ongoing community support: a private WhatsApp hub and reflective group discussions offer 98 % open-rate prompts, empathy and accountability between circles.

Our Integrative Method

Creative Art Modalities:

Our sessions begin with hands-on creative arts therapy. Techniques such as neurographic drawing, intuitive painting, and collage-making allow you to express feelings and experiences in ways that don’t rely on words. We also include sacred geometry exercises, which use patterns and symmetry to help restore a sense of balance, and phototherapy prompts, inviting you to reflect on meaningful personal or symbolic images. These visual arts practices open pathways for creativity and gentle self-discovery, helping insights to surface naturally.

Embodied & Sensory Practices:

Transformation is not just mental—it happens in the body too. We use gentle somatic movements and sensory awareness exercises to help release stored tension and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. Nature-based rituals, such as using water or earth elements, provide grounding and connection. In each session, carefully chosen sounds, scents, and textures create a multi-sensory environment, deepening your experience and helping you stay present.

Mindfulness & Insight Tools:

To support and anchor every insight, we weave mindfulness techniques throughout our process. This includes short guided meditations and restorative breathwork to regulate and settle your nervous system. Between sessions, you’re invited to use metaphorical insight cards to continue your personal reflection. These simple daily practices help you integrate discoveries from each workshop, supporting sustained personal growth and well-being long after our group time ends.

Term 1 Participant

“This space became my anchor during a very difficult time. I came here feeling lost, and week by week, I began to feel lighter and more connected to myself.”

Term 1-2 Participant

“As someone who works in the helping profession, I didn’t realise how much I needed this space for myself. These workshops reminded me that I can’t pour from an empty cup.”

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • No. Our art therapy workshops in Melbourne focus on process, not perfection. Whether you’re a seasoned painter or haven’t touched a brush since school, our neurographic drawing, collage, and intuitive painting exercises meet you exactly where you are—zero judgment, all exploration.

  • To keep the experience intimate and truly therapeutic, we cap the at 12 seats. Previous terms have reached capacity within two weeks of launch, so early registration is encouraged if you want an in-studio spot.

  • The Creative Therapy Circle is a well-being workshop, not a clinical treatment program. For safety and quality of experience, we do not recommend enrolment if:

    1. You are in acute mental-health crisis (e.g., active psychosis, suicidal ideation, or require inpatient care).

    2. You need one-to-one psychiatric or psychological support as your primary intervention—our group setting is complementary, not a substitute for professional therapy.

    3. You have uncontrolled substance dependence that could impair participation or compromise the safety of the group.

    4. You are under 18 years old (the content is designed for adults).

    5. You cannot commit to basic group agreements—respect, confidentiality, and non-judgement—essential for a trauma-informed space.

    6. Strong sensory sensitivities that make art materials, fragrances, or gentle movement distressing and cannot be comfortably managed with reasonable adjustments.

If any of these points apply, please reach out to a qualified mental-health professional or contact us for referral options. We’d love to welcome you in a future term when participation feels safe and supportive for you.

  • That’s perfectly fine. If the group setting doesn’t feel like the right fit, you can convert any remaining sessions into equivalent credit for:

    • Personalised 1-to-1 art-therapy appointments with Valerie

    • Self-paced or live online workshops you can join from anywhere

Just let us know and we’ll move your credit over—no extra fees, no loss of value. We’re committed to giving you the creative-healing experience that suits you best.

  • We offer a seven-day cooling-off period on all passes. After that window, any unused credit automatically rolls forward to Term 4, giving you a flexible safety net without disrupting the circle’s flow.

  • • No art skills required – we celebrate process, not perfection.

    • Can’t attend live? Online sessions are recorded; studio recaps posted in WhatsApp.

    • Refunds: 7-day cooling-off; afterwards unused credit rolls to Term 4.

    • Payment plans: choose split pay at checkout on the Hybrid pass.

    • Limited seats – only 12 passes available.
